Our Mama Collaborative Shop stocked up in time for Easter. If you haven’t yet taken a peek, be sure to take a moment and see what eleven pairs of busy mama hands have made to tuck into your little one’s baskets and to help bring some festive holiday cheer. My contributions are seen above…seven felt bunnies embroidered with flowers and stuffed with wool and lavender, two flocks of knitted sheep, a flock of chickens (not pictured above), and a festive spring garland. But there are many other treasures to be found…stuffed bunnies to cuddle, stamped cards, knitted veggies, butterfly garlands, and more!
I have really enjoyed being part of such a kind, supportive group of women from all over North America. We have great plans to bring regular items to the shop in time for seasonal celebrations throughout the year, so stay tuned. Signing up for the newsletter (see link to the right) will keep you posted as to any new items in the shop.
And now that the mad rush of stocking up is over ~ at least for now ~ I can center myself back into our family rhythm which was temporarily akilter at the end of last week. Meanwhile, Sunshine was inspired by all the stitching I was working on and began a bunny herself…I’ll share it here when she finishes it tomorrow.
Today, the morning was infused with that soft glow of spring sunshine pouring through the windows. Dark corners are brightening around here, as the sun reaches into places it hasn’t visited in a few months.
The return of the light feels like a gentle promise of renewal and regrowth. My arms are open wide to inhale all the newness and wonder the spring season will bring.
